TRANSIT-DEPENDENT POPULATIONS
The Team will utilize significant resources to engage transit-dependent populations.
These populations are most reliant on public transportations services but least likely to
participate in the transportation planning process. The Team will work with community-
based organizations (CBOs), to reach this key constituency.
Electronic communications or, whenever necessary, hard copies of brochures will be
provided to CBOs for distribution to their clients. A complete list of organizations is provided
in Table 3.
