High Speed Rail Passenger Service Rail/Highway Crossings Rail Capacity Improvement/Rehabilitation Intermodal Access - Improving access to intermodal facilities airports and seaports; associated rights of way acquisition. Intermodal Access Seaport Development - Funding for development of public deep-water ports projects, such as security infrastructure and law enforcement measures, land acquisition dredging, construction of storage facilitie and terminals, and acquisition of container cranes and other equipment used in moving cargo and passengers. Seaport Development Documentary Stamps Funds – Improving intermodal facilities and acquisition of associated rights of way. Documentary Stamps Funds not in Adopted Work Programs by July 1, 2013.
